BUSINESS PROPOSITION & THE CHALLENGE:
Micro Warehouse. Inc. selected Foundation to implement Peoplesoft after being demonstrated Foundation's intimate knowledge of the HRMS modules and also the clear understanding of the business requirements. Foundation convinced Micro Warehouse of its rapid implementation methodology that would deliver a solution at a cost lower than what was quoted by other implementation partners.

- Monitor Health and Safety 7.5
- Administer Workforce 7.5
- Base Benefits 7.5
- Recruit Workforce 7.5
- Payroll Interface 7.5
- Administer Training 7.5
Challenge:
- To manage Micro Warehouse's PeopleSoft HRMS implementation including Fit/Gap analysis of user requirements with PeopleSoft release 7.5.
- To conduct product walk-thrus to ensure that the key role players were well educated in the PeopleSoft application.
- To ensure that unnecessary customizations was limited or phased out.
- To provide project planning, Project direction, as well as functional and technical resources.
- To interface the above HRMS modules to a payroll interface with ADP/PC exchange for windows.
Customer benefits:
- Technical assistance was provided to MicroWarehouse during user training and during application of fixes or patch.
- Foundation provided the customer with an upgrade-independent implementation, which reduced long-term maintenance costs.
- Foundation used its proprietary 'Go Live' methodology to ensure success, Significant value was realized using business processes inherent in the PeopleSoft product rather than by customizing them to suit existing business practices.
